I agree to follow the Foundation’s guidelines, respect the privacy and dignity of children, families, staff, and other volunteers, and conduct myself responsibly while participating in Foundation activities.

I understand that submitting this application does not automatically guarantee acceptance as a volunteer. The Foundation may contact me regarding my application, available volunteer opportunities, orientation, and next steps.
